Shipping Policy

The Bamboo Leaf™ uses standard US shipping to send out packaged items. If for any reason you do not receive an item per shipped we will send you another item free of charge with proof of failed transactions. 

Return & Exchange Policy

For clothing items return policy is 30 days for non worn items. Payments will be returned as soon as the items purchased are shipped back.
